At magnet melody, we create most of our products to order and according to your individual specifications. Because of this, the majority of our items are personalised and custom-made, which affects how returns and refunds are handled.
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Personalised & Custom Products
Due to the nature of personalised products:

Items that are made to your exact specifications (including size, design, text, colours, QR/NFC content, or any other custom element) cannot be returned or refunded once production has started.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Custom business magnets
-
Save-the-Date magnets
-
Premium or special-finish magnets
-
Any product created from artwork or instructions provided by you

This is in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, which exclude custom-made or personalised goods from the standard right of cancellation.
2. Proofing & File Verification
Before production:

All submitted files and designs are checked for print suitability.

If we identify any issues (low resolution, incorrect size, missing elements, etc.), we will contact you before proceeding.

By approving a proof or confirming production, you accept responsibility for the final content (text, spelling, layout, links, QR destinations, etc.).
Once approved, we cannot be held responsible for errors in the supplied or approved design.
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will of course put it right.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund if:

The product is faulty due to a manufacturing error

The product does not match the approved proof

The item is damaged in transit
To report an issue:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide clear photos of the product and packaging

Include your order number
We will assess the issue and, if confirmed, offer:

A free replacement, or
-
A full or partial refund (depending on the situation)
4. Non-Personalised Products
For any non-personalised items (if offered):

You may return them within 14 days of delivery

Items must be unused and in original condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 5–7 working days.
5. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before production begins.

Once a personalised order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
