Upload Your Design / File Submission Guide

1️⃣ Prepare Your File

  • Submit your artwork in PNG or JPG format

  • Ensure the resolution is suitable for your chosen magnet size:

    • 60×60 mm → minimum 300 DPI

    • 60×90 mm → minimum 300 DPI

    • 60×180 mm → minimum 300 DPI

    • 80×120 mm → minimum 300 DPI

    • Circle 50 mm → minimum 300 DPI

  • Include 2–3 mm bleed around your design to avoid white borders after cutting.

  • Make sure your artwork matches the aspect ratio of the selected magnet size.

2️⃣ How to Send Your File

  • Use the Upload Your Design form on our store, or email the file to our secure address provided.

  • or just contact us.

3️⃣ Project Confirmation

  • After receiving your file, our team will review and confirm your design:

    • Check dimensions and bleed

    • Ensure the artwork fits the chosen magnet type (standard / premium)

    • Suggest minor adjustments if needed

4️⃣ If You Don’t Have a Design

  • No ready-made design? No problem!

  • For a small additional fee, we can create a design using a template based on your logo, text, and preferred colors.

5️⃣ Final Notes

  • Once the design is confirmed, production will begin.

  • We will contact you before printing if there are any issues to ensure your magnet turns out perfectly.

  • Properly prepared files guarantee high-quality, perfectly aligned magnets.
