Q1: What materials are your magnets made from?
A: We use premium flexible magnetic sheets 0.8mmand high-quality photo paper.

Q3: Can I order custom designs?
A: Yes! You can upload your artwork, logos, or designs directly on our website.

For a small additional fee, we can create a design using a template based on your logo, text, and preferred colors.

Q4: How long does shipping take?
A: UK standard shipping usually takes 3–5 working days. International shipping depends on your country.

Q5: What if I receive damaged magnets?
A: Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage. We will replace or refund faulty products.

Q6: Can I cancel my order?
A: Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Personalized products cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Q7: Payment methods accepted
A: We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shopify Payments.

Q8: Are there bulk discounts?
A: Yes! Our price breaks are:
10, 50, 100, 250, 500, 1000, and 2000 units. Discounts increase with larger quantities.
